Q: Will you be offering more membership services in the future?
A: YES! You can use your flex and health savings accounts to pay for all services at DSC, including memberships and packages. DSC is also still able to provide superbills for you to file to your insurance company regardless of which options you choose.
Q: Can I use my HSA/FSA card to pay for my membership or packages?
A: This adjustment in our billing structure is part of our commitment to provide the best possible care without the limitations often imposed by insurance providers. It ensures that our focus remains squarely on your health and treatment outcomes. Plus, we’ve been asked to push this out for a while now, and we have to give the people what they want! 😊
Q: Why this change?
A: We got ya, boo! Prefer 90 minutes too! Any membership with massage can be upgraded to 90 minutes for just $30 on the day of service.
Q: What if I want to do a 90-minute massage instead of 60 minutes?
A: All 6-packs have a 6-month validity, and 12-packs have a 12-month validity.
Q: Do packages have an expiration date?
A: As a valued member, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks such as discounts on PiezoWave2, DSC swag, and supplements (including our favorite LMNTs and Kill Cliffs!).
Q: What are the office perks for members?
A: All additional appointments will be charged our standard membership rate.
Q: What if I end up needing more than one visit/month?
A: Unused treatments can roll over for 90 days.
Q: Do my membership visits roll over?
A: Our new membership program is tailored to offer you more flexible and cost-effective ways to manage your care. This plan is designed to simplify your payments while ensuring you receive the care you need when you need it. There is a 6-month commitment, but after that all memberships can be canceled or paused at any time.
Q: How does the membership work?
A: Memberships cannot be shared. However, packages can be shared between immediate family members 14 years or older. You can get extra savings on the second membership (on the same credit card). Be sure to ask the front desk for details.
Q: Can I share visits with family members?
A: Packages are a bigger savings per visit! They are better for patients with a new or an acute injury who need to come in more frequently than once a month, but still want to take advantage of the discounted prices.
